Dmitriy Varelas, composer, arranger, performer and music teacher, graduated from Tashkent State Conservatory and The Sibelius Academy.Dmitriy has over 20 years teaching experience educating students in the areas of Piano, Flute, Saxophone, Composition, Theory of Music. Dmitriy is able to teach in different techniques: Traditional, Suzuki, Yamaha (individual and group), RCM exam preparation (Piano – Preparatory to ARCT), (Flute – Preparatory to ARCT), (RCM – Saxophone).
Dmitriy has been working as composer and arranger for over 25 years and his music is being performed by well-known performers all around the world. His music was published by well-known publishers, such as Henry Lemoine Edition (France), Safe Music Ltd. (UK), Art of Sound Music (USA). Dmitriy has his compositions and arrangements performed and recorded by famous orchestras and ensembles – among them London Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, London Metropolitan Orchestra, Cairo Symphony, Symphony Orchestra of India, various orchestras and ensembles in Canada and United States, and chamber ensembles in Central Asia and Europe.
Dmitriy Varelas is an active piano, flute and saxophone performer and has a vast repertoire of classical, contemporary and jazz music. Dmitriy has participated in numerous competitions, festivals and master-courses in Asia, Europe and North America, and has extensive experience as a performer. He quite often performs classical music at concerts with his wife Yuliya Varelas and performs jazz concerts with his partner Sergey Krutik. Dmitriy can provide you with exceptional service playing for weddings, cocktails and senior house concerts.
