A: The students are required to have a musical instrument to practice on at home. If you do not own an instrument, your teacher could advise you on where to rent or buy one, as well as on the type of instrument you need to buy.

A: Preferably six years old and up. However, you can start learning at any age.

A: In order to be more successful, it is recommended to practice for at least 30 minutes to an hour per day.

A: A student is taught sight reading, basic playing skills, warm-up techniques, proper posture and hand position, maintaining a good tone and advanced techniques such as; jazz chord progressions or improvisation. For more details please visit the music classes pages!

A: We teach but are not limited to pop, jazz, blues, rock, classical, etc. However, when you are starting piano it is recommended to learn classical first before proceeding to other music genres as it is the basis for all music genres that you will learn.

A: Most of our students take lessons because they are having fun.

A: The payment methods are: Interac e-Transfer, Cheque or Cash.
